So it’s just going nine months now. We’ve actually secured 11 sales so things are going really well. We’ve got three staff members. So we’ve just put on a sales person because inquiry has just been so good that, yeah, it’s been really exciting to bring new people into the team and see the business grow. Obviously initially there’s a lot of hard work, a lot of time and energy put into growing the business, ensuring you’re on the right track, but also very good in the fact that we’ve been able to achieve the sales which obviously leads into bringing people into the team.
So we’ve got a supervisor now. He’s performing really well. We’ve got a contracts administration lady and, yeah, it’s really good. We’re getting some mechanisms there and a really good, busy little office there where we were able to afford to bring in a sales person now who is just doing our sales. So essentially it’s just afforded us more family time as well. So that’s obviously very good. We’ve actually completed three homes; a really, really good positive experience. We’re happy to say three happy clients just been blown away with our level of service professionalism and also with the house that we’ve provided them. So we take a lot of comfort in what we’re doing, the Stroud way so, you know, we must doing something right to have really happy clients and a really high quality product. So we’re over the moon at the moment.
Overall we’ve been very happy with plenty of support and backup. Anything that we’ve needed we’ve got it really. So I can only say good things about our experience so far. It’s really exceeded our expectations. Obviously when you’re starting a business, you want to set your goals pretty high so to be on the verge of achieving those 12 homes we’re really chaffed and the next 12 months we want to be doubling that, I would suggest. So our ultimate aim for the next 12 months is four sales a month, and I think that’s totally achievable in the current market. So that’s obviously going to be pretty exciting times at the end of next year looking back and saying what we’ve ultimately been able to do.
