Local Nowra builder Mick Annable has been building dream homes in Shoalhaven, south-west of Sydney, for 13 years. Already a successful business owner, Mick brings with him a formidable team of trades and a proven track record of high-quality work. He is now excited to join Stroud Homes and together with his wife Danielle bring their clients award-winning home designs along with the quality service and reliability they are so well known for in the area.

Transcript:

Mick: I first started helping dad around the house. He was always renovating the house and things and always wanted to be a builder. Well, I’ve been in the industry for 15 years now, and we just reached a point in, with our business, that we had a lot of jobs on the ground, renovations, and things, and we thought we could take it to the next level. We started looking at options, and Stroud Homes caught our eye with their designs. They absolutely speak for themselves.

Danielle: And the systems they offer and the training they’ve offered us, in the first couple of months, have just been amazing, more than we could have ever hoped for.

Mick: We approached them. They just seemed like a big family, sort of what we have aimed to do, so it just fit.

Danielle: Yeah. We wanna create a environment that people are happy to come and work for us and being satisfied at the end of the day. The experience to our clients is what drives us.

Mick: Yeah. And just getting that…having those systems in place to give us more time as a family. Our kids are still very young. Just getting that quality time.

Danielle: We look forward to running a successful business and building some beautiful homes in the Shoalhaven. We love their designs, and we wanted to bring them to the area, include some local people in the community, and keep all our local trades employed.

Mick: Yeah. Just providing more consistent work for the trades and the local families around the area. I’m Mick, a builder with Stroud Homes, and this is my wife, Danielle.
